Well, it’s finally over. That is after having several charges reversed,numerous calls to various regulating agencies (none of which actually had any jurisdiction over this awful internet company), but my state’s attorney general’s office, did contact them on my behalf.

After weeks of denying that I had returned the equipment (although it was received back and signed for by their warehouse personnel two days after it was delivered to me), they finally acknowledged receipt, but said that it might take a few billing cycles before the refund showed on my credit card. Funny, it didn’t take that long for them to bill my credit card. Oh, well, lesson learned! No more Vonage associations for me.
