Tony Robbins

Anthony (Tony) Robbins was born in California on leap year day, February 29, 1960. He become increasingly dissatisfied with the path his life was taking and decided to change it for the better.

Tony Robbins serves as advisor to some of our country’s most influential leaders and has a large number of dedicated followers who don’t mind paying thousands of dollars at a time to hear him speak.

Tony is a infomercial personality, best known for his motivational courses. He has dedicated the last 25 years of his life to motivating others.

Aside from creating books and courses, he is also known for his charity work.

The Anthony Robbins Foundation started by handing out bags of groceries anonymously to the underprivileged and has now grown into a organization that feeds 500,000 people worldwide during the holiday seasons.

I have listened to many of Tony Robbins's tapes and am a firm believer in what he teaches. His teachings are not necessarily new, but they are in fact true.

One of his popular courses is “Awaken The Giant Within” which is a self-help book that teaches how to overcome obstacles in life, improve relationships and eliminate bad habits.

Tony Robbins uses mass production methods ( books, audio tapes, CDs, etc.) to get his message out to the masses and that message is that there is nothing you can not do if you are willing to set goals and stay focused on achieving them. Sometimes we know these things but need someone, such as Tony, to keep reminding us.

Before you spend a lot of money buying these courses I would recommend checking with your local library. That's where I found them.
